  • Internet sehr gut Matratze sehr gut Frühstückspersonal sehr umsichtig, Buffet wird laufend nachgefüllt und kontrolliert Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit unkomplizierte Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit in einer Putzkammer

  • Kein Bettenmachen, nur einmal Mistkübel entleert, ansonsten 3 Tage kein Zimmerservice, was aber auch angenehm sein kann, wenn man nicht gestört wird. Mir war es egal, dass das Bett nich gemacht wurde.

  • čistota, ochota personálu

  • Snídaně v kobce namísto v dobře prosvětleném a provzdušněném prostoru. Snídaně rovněž nevyhovují požadavkům na zdravou stravu (je to česká klasika počátků "kapitalismu") a v hotelu s názvem Relax by podle mne nemusely být nutně různorodé (několik druhů v podstatě stejné šunky), zato však zdravější. Ocenila bych například míchaná vajíčka na přání, domácí jogurt či ovocný salát, bylinné čaje...vše by práci nepřidalo a značně zvýšilo komfort hosta...
